4. Products & Orders

We endeavour to present all products accurately, including descriptions, imagery, and pricing, but do not warrant that all content is entirely free from error. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms; an order is only confirmed when you receive an email order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers — Blendko does not store full card details. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Blendko is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs processes, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in your country. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform — including logos, brand name, designs, images, copy, and collections — is the exclusive intellectual property of Blendko or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and design laws. 8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Standard (non-customised) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, returned in suitable packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable except in cases of a manufacturing fault, material difference from the agreed design, or damage in delivery. Blendko exists to close the gap in diversity by creating a space where Western style and African heritage come together authentically. We celebrate cultural pride, not cultural appropriation. Uses of our platform that misrepresent, mock, or trivialise African or any other cultural heritage are strictly prohibited and may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blendko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or losses resulting from events outside our reasonable control (force majeure). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
