We're looking for a graphic designer with a strong eye for modern, editorial design to help build the Blendko visual world. You'll work across social, web, email and packaging, turning our heritage-meets-modern identity into work that stops the scroll. Comfortable in Figma and the Adobe suite, confident with layout and type, and happy to move fast on a small team. Send a portfolio.
Content Creator

Be the face and voice of Blendko across TikTok and Instagram — planning, shooting, editing and starring in content that turns views into sales.

You live and breathe short-form video and you're comfortable on camera. You'll plan, shoot, edit and publish original content, jump on trends fast, and build campaigns that grow the brand and drive sales. Strong editing (CapCut / Premiere), sharp instincts for hooks and captions, and a portfolio or showreel — ideally featuring you on camera.
Growth Marketer
Full-time · Remote · Remote (UK)
Own the numbers behind the brand — paid social, email, and the funnel that turns first-time visitors into repeat customers.

You'll plan and run performance campaigns across Meta and TikTok, own email and retention, and obsess over the metrics that matter — CAC, ROAS, LTV. Equal parts creative and analytical, you can read the data and turn it into the next test. Experience scaling a DTC or e-commerce brand is a big plus.
