Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, and external factors.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been dispatched.

For custom or personalised items, processing times may be longer due to the nature of production. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the order process.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom
Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:

UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
International Delivery: 5–10 business days

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance, which can affect delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected delivery method.

For international orders:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees

blendko is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will always support you in tracking and resolving any issues.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to amend the order before dispatch.
