What makes each piece unique?
Our signature pieces are finished individually in our atelier, so no two are exactly alike. Slight variation is part of what makes each piece yours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later with Klarna and Clearpay, all through our secure Stripe checkout.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is always available. An account just makes it easier to see your order history.
How long will my order take?
Allow 1–3 business days for processing, then 3–7 business days for standard delivery.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Our designs are made in small, limited editions, so popular pieces can sell out. We may bring a design back or introduce a fresh take on it — join the newsletter for restock alerts and early access to new releases.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every Blendko product comes with a 5-year warranty. If the craftsmanship ever lets you down within five years, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I return a limited-edition piece?
Yes, within 14 days if unworn and in original condition. See our Returns page for details.
