Location: Fully remote Hours: Part-time Salary: Competitive Start date: ASAP About the Role We're looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Video Content Creator to be the face and voice of our brand across TikTok and Instagram. You'll be on camera, in front of the audience, presenting and starring in the videos you create  as well as planning, shooting, editing, and publishing them. You'll also run campaigns that build the brand and  most importantly  turn views into sales. This is a hands-on, on-camera role for someone who lives and breathes short-form video, is comfortable being the personality people tune in for, and knows how to convert followers into customers. Key Responsibilities Be on camera - present, talk to camera, and act as the on-screen personality across TikTok and Instagram content. Plan, shoot, edit, and publish original video content (Reels, Stories, in-feed posts). Develop content ideas and scripts that match the brand voice, current trends, and what the audience actually wants to watch. Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, hooks, and creators - adapt quickly to what's working. Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms. Capture content from your own setup, on location, and through user-generated content (UGC) collaborations where useful. Plan and execute social campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales. Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal pushes across TikTok and Instagram. Brief, manage, and collaborate with influencers, creators, and content partners. Plan and run paid social campaigns (TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager) where required. Own the social content calendar and make sure every post has a clear goal. Track performance (views, engagement, click-throughs, conversions) and iterate based on what works. Spot growth opportunities - new formats, communities, hooks, and trends - before everyone else does. Report on KPIs monthly with clear, actionable insights. Engage with comments and DMs in a way that builds trust and converts. Optimise bios, link-in-bio tools, TikTok Shop, and Instagram Shopping to make the path to purchase as short as possible. Work with the wider team (sales, marketing, product) so social is fully aligned with business goals. What You'll Need Confident, engaging, and natural on camera  this is a presenter-led role. You will be the face of our content. Proven experience creating short-form video for TikTok and Instagram (portfolio or showreel required, ideally featuring you on camera). Strong shooting and editing skills  confident with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar. Deep understanding of how TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and audiences actually work. Experience running paid social campaigns and making sense of performance data. Sharp copywriting for captions, hooks, scripts, and CTAs. Organised and self-managing, able to plan, shoot, and publish consistently without being chased. Nice to Have Experience with TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, or other social commerce tools. A creator/influencer network or experience managing collaborations. Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma). Previous experience in [ industry  e.g. fashion, beauty, food & drink, fitness]. What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months) Consistent month-on-month growth in followers, views, and engagement on both platforms. A measurable increase in social-driven traffic and sales. A library of high-performing content that strengthens the brand. Campaigns that hit (or beat) their targets.
